What my clients are saying about Integrity Personal Training...
I decided to use Nick's expertise as a trainer after growing tired of doing the same workout splits over and over again. I felt I was going through the motions and one day I picked up the phone and made the call. It was one of the best decisions I've made for my health, especially long term.
Having a young family and a professional career meant I felt I was constantly busy and would go to the gym late at night and sometimes, but not all the time, not make the best choices nutritionally due to thinking I was time poor.
After Nick's initial consultation and filling his questionnaire it became obvious that I DID have the time to work out. What's more it was a time that suited myself and didn't impact the time I spent with my family or at work.
Throughout the training and nutritional advice, my goals shifted from wanting to look and feel good to having balance in life. I can attest that Nick's positive attitude and training principles have paid huge dividends throughout this last year.
There'd be times when motivation would be low or results weren't forthcoming but having Nick there reassuring me that hard work and consistency pays off was a bonus.
I recommend Nick to anyone no matter what your goal is. His insights and positive outlook towards health and bettering yourself have been invaluable.

I use to think I could exercise off my bad diet by training harder and longer the next day (paying for my sins in a way) and that worked well up until I turned 38, where I discovered I had love handles, back fat and cellulite down my legs….yuck!
At 5″2, weighing 64kg with 24% body fat, something had to change! I started training with Nick Moen with the idea of entering into a body building comp before I turned 40 (my first bucket list idea) and I have never looked back!
Under the watchful eye of Nick I lost 10kg over 6 months weighing in at 54kg and dropped down to 8.5% body fat (down from 17.6%). I entered my first bodybuilding comp where I placed 2nd in Figure first timers, 5th open Novice and 3rd in my height category! Boom!!!
If you’re serious about a healthy lifestyle, looking and feeling great then I highly recommend Nick! Word of warning though (to your prospective partners) you may get a little “hangry” (hungry and angry) leading up to a competition but the rewards certainly outweigh the sacrifices. Nothing tastes better than fitting into a size 6 pair of jeans especially when your previous size was almost a 12!.

I met Nick Moen on the 1st of May 2013 & discussed that I wanted to compete for the first time in a Men’s Fitness category at an INBA competition in September, which was roughly 5 months away. He discussed what to expect of the next few months & what level of commitment he would expect in return. Despite considering myself a dedicated “gym rat”, it was clear the standards were on another level here. Nick then took me through a thorough testing process including 12 point BioSignature (body fat testing) & structural assessment, it was clear this process was highly individualised – it had been 3 sessions before we even trained!
The results of the BioSignature were shocking, I was 94.5kg & 18.9% body fat. Despite considering myself relatively in shape & eating well, it was clear we had our work cut out for us. Nick made some radical changes to my diet which started the night of our first meeting & I didn’t look back.
Each month I was given new meal plans & workouts depending on the goals for the month. Every session I knew Nick would push me to my limits. Every rep, every set was timed & accounted for. He was helpful in showing me correct lifting techniques for various exercises whilst explaining the importance of lifting tempo, reps, sets & exercise selection for achieving new gains. He was always reliable, never missed a session & would always happy to answer any questions I had throughout the entire time.
Out of the gym, my education on nutrition grew each week. It was amazing to see how quickly my body began to transform as my diet was based on my individual requirements. Not only did I become physically stronger, I became more positive, discovered new found energy levels & recovered quicker than ever.
After 21 weeks of intense dieting & training, I completed my goal of competing in Men’s Fitness category at the INBA State Championships at Castle Hill on 29th September. My final BioSignature results showed that I was 81.0kg & 9.7% body fat. A total weight loss of 13.5kg & dropping half my body fat. I got in the best shape of my life & have Nick to thank for his time, knowledge, dedication & guidance in making this a reality.
I highly recommend Nick Moen for anyone who is interested in transforming their body, regardless if you plan to compete on stage or not. The knowledge I now have about nutrition, exercise & supplements, but also what works for my own body has become invaluable. I will continue to apply this into my normal life to maintain my health. I thoroughly enjoyed every day of my transformation.

I used to be the kind of girl who could sleep for days! Why get up early when you can hit snooze right up til the last minute that you actually have to start getting ready for work?
I was lethargic, I had no drive, I was depressed and over 100kg. The journey began in 2009, when I first started training, I lost 30kg in 6 months, by training religiously and changing to a pescatarian diet. Then when I went back to uni part time and worked full time, I let my training slide and I piled 20kg back on in 2011. I then found myself a new PT and got down to 65kg. I was on top of the world, but there was still something missing. I was skinny but was carrying a lot of fat.
I Googled so many search terms knowing there had to be something more to it than yo-yo Haley – I was sick of the cycle, I needed it to stop. Then I Googled “fat loss personal training”. BOOM! Clean Health, here I come!
So that was back in March 2013. When I met Nick Moen, I weighed in at 75kg and my DEXA revealed I was 29% body fat. The first session was hard. I still remember the first split squats I did with Nick. One of my legs gave way and I fell down – I may have cursed the pain at the time, but that moment was a turning point that will stay with me forever.
The next 12 weeks Nick transitioned me from couch potato to training 4 times weekly. But it didn’t stop at his careful programming which was tailored to help me move better and gain strength. Through reviewing my bad eating habits, evaluating my blood work and being accessible to answer any questions I had, Nick took me through a gut restoration program, a cleanse and major changes to my diet – implemented slowly, for me to get my head around what it was that I had to do on this long journey to permanent change. For the first time ever I was eating much more food than any other program I had ever tried before and getting results. I was surprised I didn’t have to starve.
I have to admit I only half implemented Nick’s teachings – why do women always second guess ourselves and self-sabotage? – and by my next DEXA I was 69kg and 27% body fat. I was ecstatic, but I knew I had a long way to go. I was also disappointed because I lost fat and I lost muscle, but I knew why and I was ready for phase 2. I kept on training with Nick until I finally got my head around changing my dirty old habits – I completely cut out gluten and dairy, didn’t have cheat meals like it was the last meal I would ever eat and I just shut up and listened to Nick’s advice – and it worked! More on this later. Why didn’t I do this earlier?
I realised that I had let way too many external factors get to me. Although I was training as hard as I could, I was emotional eating, and sometimes felt like I wasn’t in control. Was it lack of will power? Was it my hormones? Was it stress? It turned out it was a bit of everything. My health issues were ongoing, so Nick and I delved deeper and I sought out expert advice, including taking medication which changed my hormones and did me some short term damage. In December 2013, I had surgery to reveal and remove endometriosis. Did that fix things? Sort of. When I got back from hospital, I quit my job and with my new job, I got my life back. I loved what I was doing, I travelled (and liked it) and worked from home for 7 months. I was way more focussed on me – my training, my meal prep, my sanity. I travel A LOT for work, too. And in May 2014, I had bowel surgery and spent 5 weeks recovering on my couch with my laptop, working from home.
When I came back to training both times after surgery, Nick got me back on track with loads of encouragement, continuous consultation, taking stock on which things worked and which didn’t, rehabilitation programs, impeccable nutrition and supplement advice and most importantly, he got me in the head space I needed to be in to get the job done. And this is what I mentioned before I would come back to. After gaining some fat during the recovery “couch” phase, I came back to training in July 2014 and was 74kg and 22%. Straight away Nick was on the case – together we worked hard and I lost 3% in 4 weeks! I had the full support from Nick and this time it was my time to shine! Although I wasn’t wanting to compete, we set a goal and all the wheels in motion to get to 15% by the beginning of December. On 5 November, Nick announced “15%” at the conclusion of my Bioprint. On the dot. A wave of euphoria came over me. I was in shock. I couldn’t stop grinning! We did it!
I am never going to forget Nick’s encouragement and support, wealth of knowledge on nutrition, supplementation and training, patience and of course his sense of humour that got me through some tough sessions! There is no better place to train in Sydney.
It might have taken me a while to actually change for good, but since the beginning of my journey training with Nick, I have lost 14% body fat and gained more than I can ever have imagined. Sleep in? Who needs it. I’d rather go train!
“Update: Three weeks have passed since I had to move to Wollongong ahead of an extended holiday overseas. I managed to employ everything Nick taught me along the way and I’ve lost another 1.7% bringing me down to 13.3% BF – a total of 15.7% lost. Needless to say, I am never looking back! I feel like a new person and am so proud of all that I have achieved.”

I used to be a professional baseball player for 4 years, and then I was a personal trainer, and now I’m in real estate so I am no rookie when It comes to training and keeping fit. I find with my training I need to have specific goals to achieve and to change my training program on a regular basis to keep getting results. Nick Moen provided this and more. When I started receiving programs from Nick he was very detailed in explaining everything to me, and when he said he would send something through to me like my food plan for the week, or supplements I should get he always did it on time. That is very rare these days to follow through. I appreciate this a lot. Once I committed to the IFBB body building Classic division show I just completed on the 20th of October 2013 Nick's efforts went to another level. He updated me every week through emails, text and the face to face pt session I would do. I always knew what to do and when to do it every step of the way. This gave me 100% confidence I would reach my goal, when I felt Nick was putting in as much or more work than me to reach my goal. I feel I have made a massive change not just physical but in every aspect of my life has improved for the better. I highly recommend Nick if you are serious about getting results from your training!

Over the last 4 1/2 months Nick has pushed me harder than I ever thought I could. Never thought I’d ever be doing weighted chin ups! Even with my background as a PT and nutritionist I have learnt so much from Nick about how to apply the right food with the right training. I’m absolutely stoked with my results and achieving what I have at this point just makes me want to work harder to get to my next goal. I’m still deciding whether I’ll compete next year and if I do, I have no doubt in my mind that I’ll be choosing Nick to coach me again! Thanks for everything, thanks for being the best coach!
Cheers

I started to be interested in a healthy lifestyle and fitness around two years ago. I was eating reasonably healthy as I am not a junk food lover, and I rarely had pizza or pasta in my diet, and I was training four times a week weights for the past year. At was at this point I decided that I wanted to go further with my training and that I needed someone who could take me to the next level. My goal was to step up on stage in October as a fitness model.
For my first appointment I met Nick who did my initial BioSignature assessment and reviewed my lifestyle and nutrition. My starting weight was 54.1kg and 14.2% body fat. Within the first week of chaining my nutrition I already felt more energetic and was feeling leaner too. After my physical assessment Nick did a program where we focused on setting my body up for serious training, as several limiting factors were identified. Over the course of the 12 weeks my training and nutrition plans changed every three weeks, which kept my body constantly guessing allowing me to make considerable changes over this period. The programs they were easy to follow and understandable. The sessions I had with Nick were just what I needed – hard but enjoyable and he always made sure I was doing the exercises with correct form thorough out the whole session. Every three to four weeks we reassessed my BioSignature and every week as it got closer to my competition he pinched my problem parts to make sure I am getting leaner.
During the process we found out that I have a very fast metabolism so I was eating a lot of food especially carbohydrates which I was always kind of ignoring as I thought they are the enemy but I soon realised that not to be true. I want to say a big thank you for giving my confidence and motivation back. I can highly recommend Nick Moen to anyone who is looking to get serious results from their training!

I was looking for training and nutritional support program for the March 2013 IFBB competition in Perth. I found Nick Moen and he was my coach for the 12 weeks. Nick was professional, supportive, and available and developed a client specific nutrition/supplement and training program which was regularly reviewed and amended as required. The training plans were varied and interesting and targeted all the areas I needed to work on. The peak week was very detailed and included everything I needed right up until I was due to go on stage – VERY IMPRESSIVE! I came second in my physique division and qualified for Nationals in Sydney although didn’t enter the Nationals due to work commitments. While I would prefer the face to face programs if I was Sydney based, I would not hesitate in recommending Nick for his knowledge of the industry, support and professionalism.

For years I have admired the physiques of those that get up on stage and compete and could only dream of being in such amazing shape. I started thinking, with the right guidance, maybe I could turn the dream into a reality. I was particularly interested in competing in the physique category.
While I had been a regular gym goer for years I had no idea of what it would involve to get into competition shape. I decided to contact Nick Moen and as soon as I did I knew I had made the right decision. I had been uncertain about signing up for an online program but that uncertainty quickly disappeared.
For the past 6 months, I have worked with Nick Moen, to help me achieve my goal of competing at the INBA state championships in the novice physique division. I was guided every step of the way, right up until the minute I stepped on stage. Throughout the entire process, Nick was always supportive, encouraging and quickly responded to any questions I had. The training, nutrition and supplementation guidelines were extremely detailed, making it easy to follow.
I travelled down to Sydney on a few occasions during the 6-month period, to have my body fat measured and go through a few training sessions with Nick. During this time I also met with Jes Murphy who took me through the posing and presentation side of things. This was incredibly helpful and I learnt a lot in a very short period of time. Jes also helped me back-stage on the day, which for a novice competitor, was invaluable!
After 6 months of training I finally achieved my goal of getting up on stage in the novice physique division. I never had a goal of winning, I just wanted to be able to stand on stage and have a physique that looked like it belonged up there. I exceeded my expectations, however, and was fortunate enough to achieve first place.
I would highly recommend Nick Moen to anyone looking to compete or wanting to get into the best shape of their life. I have learnt so much, about training and nutrition, from Nick during the past 6 months that I will continue to use. The whole experience was a really enjoyable one and I look forward to working with Nick again in the future.

I contacted Nick with a vision of achieving my dream of competing in my first ANB National fitness model competition. Nick provided me with an excellent training and nutrition plan and supported me through the ups and downs of the journey. I was very impressed by the knowledge and information provided and stepped on stage to compete after 8 weeks. I am extremely happy with placing 5th out of 30 fitness models in my first National Competition and am thrilled with the improvements in my physique. I then competed a week later and also placed 3rd in Bikini at the NSW IFBB Championships. The knowledge I have gained from completing this program will benefit my life and assist me with continuing on my health and fitness journey. I would highly recommend Nick Moen to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. The nutrition and training is simple, easy to follow and most of all – gives excellent results!

When I started training with Nick I had only 8.5 weeks to complete a 12 week program due to an upcoming overseas trip. In this time the knowledge Nick was able to impart on me ranging from nutrition, various training techniques and most interestingly how such a simple thing as the placement your feet (plantar vs. dorsi) has such an large influence on an exercise and the increased engagement of your muscles.
During my shortened training program I was able to achieve a body fat percentage of 12.9% down from 23.9% whilst adding over 6KG’s of lean muscle and most importantly only an overall weight loss of 4KG.
The results I achieved were not only a reflection of my dedication to the program but also the training methods that Nick lives and breathes.
I learned a lot about my diet, the importance of clean eating and how this has such a big effect on my body. The knowledge and results I took away from my time training with Nick was worth the investment.
Thanks
Joel
